    on the carburetor for a service replacment is the most you can get is 15? if the # is off an of course the date is out.

    You have to compare the carb with the correct one for your car. If your replacement is the correct manufacturer with the right configuration with all its complete parts, the correct finish, the correct instilation,etc. the only thing wrong is the part#and date, there would be a 20% deduction for originality and we would judge the condition.
