C3: Looking for owners packet items

I'm trying to find a couple of items for my owners packet for Flight Judging of my '69.
The first is an owners manual with card stock (card was sent in for owners card and Corvette News subscription). According to the TIM&JG, I need correctly dated edition for the car, which is an August '69 build.
    - What should that edition date be?
    - Are there any reprint sources that contain the card stock? The one I bought does not have it.

The second is the white envelope that contained either the spare keys or the key knockouts. Can anyone tell me what this envelope looked like (size/shape) and maybe a source that sells them?

    Thanks in advance,
    Jon #10673

There are a lot of us looking for the same things. If you find two, please let me know.

You need the second edition of the owner's manual. The first edition was used through about Dec 1968 and is MUCH rarer (and is not being reproduced). The second edition comes up on e-bay often enough - make sure to e-mail the seller to verify it has the owner's card (to help rule out the repros). I bought several over the past few years for about $10 to $20 each, but the first editions ran $50 to $200 each.
        Good luck,

Jon the packet that the dealership gave me with my key plugs to my 70 is about 2 1/4 inches in width and 3 1/2 inches in length. The part number on the lower right bottom of the small envelope is #3958690. Wouldn't it be something if it was still available from GM. There is probably a dealer somewhere in the world that has a box of them on a shelf. On the envelope it says to dispose of your key plugs and make a personal record of your Key Numbers and has the word Ignition with a line to write the key number and the word Trunk with a line to write your key number. I believe these are reproduced by some vender, might check with Dr. Rebuild.
