I really don't see alot of C-1s on the road. I drive my 57 alot but seem to be all by myself. My car has a 283 but the numbers are wrong, it does have the correct 57 intake and dual WCFBs with an 891 dist. If nothing else it's a great car on a trip. It would be nice to see about 20 of the C-1s on a tour.

Great looking vette , Driving my 55 I never see another 53,54 or 55 on the road , talk about being alone. Many ask me if it's a kit car.

Once driving across Interstate 80 in Iowa in our 55. A couple of collage guys passes us, then slowed way down and let us pass them. Then here thay come. One guy hanging out the window with a camera. We went like that for about 5 miles. It was fun to see their excitment.
Another time, we stopped at a burger joint for lunch and a couple of young guys walked up and asked what kind of car it was?
I said, "Chevy."
As they walked off I heard one say,'That's no Chevy."
