Seems most early Corvettes are going one of two ways now days. Ether HOT ROD or TRAILERED .
Restored or nearly original restored driven Corvettes are so rare now days. When I meet some one on the road driving one , it's exciting to talk to them . Here in Ca. so many C1's are going Hot Rod, that trailer restored C1 Corvettes may be the last hope to see a real Corvette.
. The money factor will force those to be stored away only to be seen once or twice a year.
What will happen when the few of us that drive original Corvette are gone is a sad thought.
Money is pushing the early Corvettes off the road, but my thinking is that I found and restored my Corvette to drive and enjoy and hopefully the next owner that is lucky to get it will feel the same way. It should need restoring by then again, giving that person the excitement I had when I first got and restored it.
