Rear spring ???

I plan on replacing the rear spring, the insulators are coming out, it sags a little on each side of the mount,and just doesn't look to hot. I believe it to be the original.It is a 7 leaf, and 21/4 inches wide. This should be the heavy duty spring. Should I replace it with the same or would the 9 leaf give me a better ride?I'm doing the strut rods and shocks and all the bushings and bolts, so I figure I will do the spring,I didn't realize it was that rough.it's been a year or so since I have been under it. Thanks in advance for all the help.

If the car is an original F-41 car I would buy a new 7 leaf. The front coils will also be heavy duty. That way you will keep the suspension balanced. If it was std suspension I would go with the 9 leaf.
