How many of the firewall holes can you identify? This is for a 60 with generator tach drive and windshield washers.

Re: Test for the experts....
Larry, How about this?
There are 12 firewall fasteners...holes C,F,G,I,J,U,V,Y,& Z...This alone should get me a beer.
A&B = Water heater hoses
D = Tach Cable
E = hood latch release cables (both sides
H = (this could be tricky) rivet holes for the latch threaded stud plate
K = ignition harness & radio grnd.
L = ballast
M & N = (I pass) ?
R = oil/wiper gromment
S = speedometercable
T = windshield washer hoses
W = Pass again, unless it is a screw hole from the inside?
X = main harness
OK...- Top

Re: Clues and rules
Larry here's my best shot. Dennis has most of them other than the firewall pad fastener holes. I'm not sure on "C" and "N". Also on your 3 point grommets there is 2 sizes. I believe the larger is just used on the speedo and tach cable holes. Hope this helps.
A - Water heater hose - Grommet not one of the 3
B - Water heater hose - Grommet not one of the 3
C - ?
D - Tach - 3 pt grommet
E - Hood Releas - Grommet not one of the 3
F - Firewall pad fastener
G - Firewall pad fastener
H - Heater flapper cable - no grommet - dum dum
I - Firewall pad fastener
J - Firewall pad fastener
K - Ignition wiring/radio ground - 3 point grommet
L - Ballast resitor screw
M - Wiper motor mounting screw
N - ?
R - Oil gauge tube/wiper cable - 1 point grommet
S - Speedo cable - 3 point grommet
T - Winshield washer hoses - 2 point grommet
U - Firewall pad fastener
V - Firewall pad fastener
W - Screw for fuse block
X - Main wiring harness
Y - Firewall pad fastener
Z - Firewall pad fastner
F - Firewall Pad Fastener- Top

Getting close
Excellent Ted, extra credit for the dum dum,A-
There are 11 pad fasteners on a 60. I believe C is one of them and another is straight across (right about above A) not shown because it goes into the fenderwell and not the firewall. The pad overlaps for a couple of the holes. The Wiper motor is already mounted, so M and N are still not identified.
M is about the size of the screw hole for the ballast and N is about 7/16.- Top
