Just thought i would suggest to anyone considering refurbishing a convert frame to give these people a call, i dealt with Clint on a 69 convertable top header and rivet kit for the frame hinge points, the product was excellent . the only detail incorrect was the 4 tapped holes in the header for the guide pins , mine is an early 69 and use a#10 . Caufman builds the header with these holes tapped to 1/4 " . i called and discussed the dif, and he readily new it was early 69 . I would suggest contacting and discussing these minor details before , i am sure they would build and tap to correct if desired . I was advised to just use 1/4" in the position but it would have meant drilling the hole in the chrome pins and ruining in my mind , a heli coil was used and worked fine.
