1971 matching numbers

I am considering purchasing a 1971 LS-5 (454-365hp). The numbers I have been given are as follows:
VIN 194671S108169
CASTING 3963512
CAST DATE 1-14-70
PAD SUFFIX T0121CPJ
PAD VIN C11S108169
BUILD DATE F29
Could someone who is familiar with the C3 tell me if these numbers are correct and would they pass flight judging as correct?

Got a picture of the pad? Raw numbers don't mean much - could have been a bubba restamp. Aside from that they look plausible.

Is it normal for a big block to be cast a year befor the car is built? Cast date 1-14-70, car build is late Jan 71? I know my sb 71 on has a cast date of Dec 1, 70 and a build date of E11 (Dec 11. 70.)

I just read NCRS for a 70 and I think they say 8 Months. Do you have the cylinder head #'s

Wrong Number

Might I suggest that he read the casting date incorrectly, and the first digit, or rather character, is "I" (as in a-b-c-d-e-f-g-h-"I"---) and not "1" (as in 2-3-4---). This would correspond to September 14, 1970 and would fit in nicely with the rest of the car.
