    70's Headlights w/ts

    While touring the local junkyard last saturday I found a 72 Cadillac with two headlights that had a 1/4" diameter circle with ts, (tung sol) inside the circle at the bottom of the glass lens. Are these headlight bulbs of any value?

      The going rate is roughly $1/lamp. There's nothing rare/exotic here as '72 Corvette used a 1-year only version of Guide T3 with the identifying emboss at the bottom of the front lens. Cars subsequent to that used Guide's PowerBeam series until LATE in Sharkdom when GE halogen lamps were used....
