1963 glove box contents

I'm trying to organize my glovebox contents for NCRS judging- in Manual it states about a hardtop wrench In glove box. what does this look like? open end wrench?, rachet wrench? Thanks for help.

It's an el cheapo 1/2" x 9/16" open end wrench - there are photos of them in Noland's book.

Joe,

The hardtop wrench you need is combination 1/2" & 7/16" open end wrench. The exact reproduction hard top wrench and storage bag can be purchased from Corvette Central for $23.00, the storage bag is $2.50. There is a picture of the wrench on page 93 of the latest Corvette Central catalog.

This wrench was supplied by GM in all 63-67 Corvettes equipped with a removable hardtop.
