63 Master Cylinder

I am sending my Master cylinder and wheel cylinders out to be sleved since they are all original. I was asked by the rebulder if I wanted the master cylinder to have natural or black finish. I have seen MC raging from all natural but most with vering amount of black to compeatly black. My unit was rust with some black paint. Is brass sleves ok or would ss be better. Aney vender recmodations?

paint it black when it returns. i prefer ss but its a controverial topic. both ss and brass/bronze gotta be better than the steel with its tendency to pit and hence leak. mike
