C1 Front spring hanger if interested

Some one asked about the front spring holder. As you can see , if you use or have the wrong one your Corvette will set to high or low. Seen it many times when owners ask why it sits wrong.

On my 1956 I found one of each style. Since the car had been a road racer and then a drag racer before my purchase in 1976 I had assumed that it was done on purpose for some kind of weight transfer advantage. What do you think?

That would seem correct or if your girl friend need to lose a little weight??
I've seen may vetts having the wrong brackets , like other using the wrong repro front springs. Don't you just love it???
