Is there anyone how NOW if GM made rear brake J-56 rear calipers for dual pin?

No, the rear calipers were NEVER, EVER dual pin on J-56 bake cars. ALL 1966-75 Corvettes with J-56 used a single pin rear caliper exactly the same as non-J-56.
1966-E67 J-56 rear calipers were exactly the same as non-J-56 with respect to caliper halves, pistons, and seals. Only the pads were different. The 65-E67 pistons for both J-56 and non-J-56 had 1/4" thick Pyroceram insulators attached to the face.
L1967-75 J-56 rear caliper halves were exactly the same as non-J-56 with respect to caliper halves and seals. The pistons were different inasmuch as they had thick Pyroceram insulators attached to the piston face. The pads were also different for J-56 and non-J-56 rears. The friction material was BONDED to the pad packing plates and the friction material was different than that used for non-J-56. Backing plate material for ALL rear J-56 applications was steel. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: J-56 CALIPERS
If you are looking at an old race car that has J-56 brakes, the rears were probably cut down in the preparation of the car. This allowed using the same good pads from the fronts on the rears, as the angled backing plate improved pad stiffness and braking.
Cutting the top pin holder off and drilling two holes for the pad retaining pins was very common in serious racing.- Top
