Is it my misunderstanding or is the distributor-mounted capacitor wired wrong in this photo? The ad says "It has earned the Bloomington Gold award, the NCRS Top Flight award and the NCRS Performance Verification", but according to my sources, and the detail photo in the NCRS JR, the cap is connected as a ballast in the distributor wire, but the one in the photo is being used as the ground connection for the distributor wire shield, which doesn't make any sense to me electrically. Is this just a case of they are so rare it slipped by?
