There's no source that I know of for rebuilding mono-tube type shocks. If I were you, though, and I had the original shocks, I'd replace them but keep the originals stored away. They could be used as-is if the car ever becomes a trailer queen. Or, perhaps, someday someone will come up with a means of performing a quality rebuild on them. I doubt it, but some folks have themselves "cryogenically preserved" after their demise in hopes of being brought back to life someday. It's considerably cheaper to store a set of shocks than it is to have this done to your body.
