Joining this group of corvette experts has taught me great knowledge in a short period of time. This includes keeping my eyes out for corvette parts and other goodies. Today a guy gave me some parts he had in his garage for over 15 years. Some of the stuff is in gm oem boxes.Alternater,a/c compressor. intake, rochester carb. exhaust manifolds, air pump, bunch of tubes I can't name, spare tire & carrier, timing cover,68 or 69 small block hood, pulleys, nuts & bolts. How do I clean this stuff up for ID w/o doing damage to them. Some of them the #s are almost impossible to read. When I have #s I will need Joe and companys help so I know what I have. Thank you ahead of time. Curt.

Re: What year is your Corvette?
63 327 conv, 68 cpe, 73 cpe, 70 454cpe. Some of the parts say 1968 on box but unsure if correct or not. these parts are not attached to my current cars. I found out about these parts from a friend of a friend, you know how it goes....- Top

Re: parts treasure
1. Get a digital camera, and post pictures of the part in question.
2. The stuff in boxes will have the part number on the box. Post those part numbers here and ask its application. Somebody will probably answer you.- Top
