C3 steering column color

The steering column (tilt/tele) is out on the work bench and the question comes up as to what color the pieces should be.

The interior is bright blue. I assume that every piece ( ie. tilt release bezel, horn knob, lock bezel, turn signal, tilt bezel) that is visible should be bright blue. How about the column under the dash. Is it bright blue or black or polka dots.

My 1970 is Bright Blue all the way down the mast jacket. I can see Bright Blue in the engine compartment.
