FINISH ON A K 19 SMOG PUMP

Can someone tell me the finish on a K-19 smog pump? painted, plated etc? While I am at it, I bought a left side smog tube that has been powder coated. How do you clean that off and what is the finish on that? Thank you in advance Dale

The pump is natural aluminum on the housing and natural black on the rear plate. At least my original is not painted I hope the description is correct.
