The 1967 TIM&JG says that the wording on the temperature sender should say "AC MADE IN USA 12V."
I recently picked up a sender that says "AC MADE IN USA 12 VOLT." Is this incorrect for 1967? I only have the TIM&JG for 1967, but I have heard that the correct wording may be different for different years. I've also heard that for 1966, the TIM&JG says the words should be inverted, so that the bottom of the lettering faces the nut flange. My 1967 TIM&JG makes no reference to the orientation of the lettering.
I'd just like to get clarification regarding what to look for to get full judging credit for the sender on my 1967 327/300.
