Who sells a C2 small block P.S. conversion kit with the correct, "long neck" pump? I know I've seen an ad with the correct pump pictured.

I'll be watching the responses to your post. I'm in the process of checking them out myself. Some don't come with the right p.s. pump pulley for 350hp engines, some without this or that, etc. Have you decided on whose conversion kit you're going to use yet? So far, price wise, Chicago Vette supply is the least expensive. If you order the one from Paragon, remember to get the 10% NCRS member discount. It brings the price down quite a bit, and theirs' comes with which ever pulley you tell them you need(stamped or cast) for your application. Sounds like from what you say, the neck on the pump reservoir is something I need to check also.
