The clutch in my '67 has a single, loud "squeek" noise when I depress it. I have checked and lubed the x-shaft and all pivot points to no avail. What could it be?

It could be the ball stud in the bellhousung or the pressure plate. The best way I know to locate this assuming it does it when the car is not in motion is to safely raise and support the car and have someone work the clutch while a partner using a mechanics stethoscope pinpoints the origin of the noise.

I agree. You can probably pull back the rubber boot and dap a little grease around the area with a wood stick industrial type Q-tip. Rather than grease you might try a graphite product like Lock-Eze, which is an emulsion of spherical graphite in a petroleum distillate.
Saturate the Q-tip and dap it around the top of the area. It should flow and carry the graphite. When the carrier evaporates the graphite will be left behind and it won't attract dirt.

Could also be worn-out plastic bushings in the pedal support where the clutch pedal shaft pivots in four places (two bushings outboard on the support, and two inboard where the shaft goes through the brake pedal); this area gets pretty grungy over the years and will squeak and moan when the bushings go south. Steering column and pedal support have to come out of the car to replace them, but it's an easy bench job - parts and lube are pennies.
