    C2 windshield wiper switch

The contact block on the back of my 1966 ww switch is loose, no doubt from the many "do overs" on my cluster installation. It still works but will not survive many more plug removals. I cannot see how the black plastic is attached to the pot metal housing.

Can it be repaired with JB weld, crazy glue or other?

Randy - I don't have the wiper switch from my '66 in front of me; but the backs of the wiper switches with the electrical pronges are either held to the metal body by tabs which are part of the metal body that are crimped down on the back piece to hold it or by staking the extended portion of the metal body in usually 3 spots around the circumference. The stakes appear as "V" s, like they were made with a "dull" or blunt chisel. Pete
