I took mine off with a phelps screw driver, a small hex socket (don't remember what size) and my hands. It is really quite easy.
I started on the inside with removing the mirror and visors. Take the inside molding off first and then you can see that the hex socket wrench will fit through the small holes. Use something sticky on the hex socket so the nuts don't fall down in the frame. Common sense and patience and you can see how it is done. The bottom outside piece can carefully be pulled off with your hands. I put masking tape over the paint for the "just in case."
Jim most auto parts stores have a tool rack. Usually you can find theses molding removal tools on these racks. Your mobile tool jobbers (Snap ON, MAC, Cornwell, etc) should have these on their trucks.
