    Differential weight?

    Hi guys and gals....

Can someone tell me how much a midyear differential weighs, for shipping purposes? I know the technical answer is "HEAVY" but is it 85 lbs? 100 lbs? This is a 411 diffy with side yokes and rear cover attached.

    thanks in advance!

Count on 106 lbs total, boxed ...

complete w/side yokes; more if in wooden crate. Rear cover + bolts (if boxed separately) is 20 lb.

        Weight

I sent a 68 unit I rebuilt for a customer in a wood crate UPS it was 128 Lbs there was a special handeling charge because of the wood crate they must be afraid of getting a sliver.
