C1 Suspension Part Numbers ???

In need of part numbers for the following 56-62.
Lower A Arm (r&l),Spindle (r&l),Steering Knuckle (r&l).

There may be some confusion of terms here. However, here are the GM terms and their desription:

53-62 STEERING KNUCKLE (the part that the wheel bearings ride on)=GM #3737594 (forged GM #3693446) The same part was used for both sides

53-62 SUPPORT (the part that the steering knuckle attaches to)=GM #3733449, left side, and GM #3733450, right side. The same numbers were forged on the parts.

53-62 LOWER CONTROL ARM (also called the "a arm")= GM #3708197, left side, and GM #3693470, right side. I don't think that these numbers appear anywhere on the part.
