That's a great picture thanks for the two fold salute Red White And Blue and the NCRS sign very cool. You must turn a lot of heads. Nice group of cars too.

Hi Roy,

Yes we certaninly still wear our wooden shoes when we drive around and when we go home we start-up the windmill to get our lights and dishwasher running and take care of our tulip fields while eating from our Delfs blue dishes ;-)

Hi Tom,

The license plates are available in a nummer of sizes. The one in the middle is a bit older type. My car (the blue one) has a American sized plate (or at least what the Dutch think the American size is). Sander still needs to get his car registered and tested to allow it on the public road.

Rob,
My grandfather (came to the USA approx 1908) told me he spent most of the time with his finger in a dike!!! Don't you guys do that anymore?

We Dutch are freakin' crazy; and you know why? We drive around in Vettes doing 10 miles to the gallon in a country that charges usd 8 per gallon. And you thought putting a finger in a dijk was stupid hahahaha?!

Rob, count me in for this Dutch chapter idea; where were you by the way today?; the technical meeting of the hearbeatcorvette club was great with approx 100 vettes around!

Hey, I was only 10 when he died and positive that grandfathers didn't lie. Anyway, one of these days I will make it to my grandparents home country and give you guys a call and you can show me the dikes and your C1's.
