    Holley R3367A Carburetor Adjustments

I got my Holley carburetor back from being rebuild, and just had time to install it. It starts fine and I adjusted the idle speed. That's about it, what are the other adjustment I should do on it? How do I check and adjust the mixture? Is there something out there that has a step by step adjustment procedure? Should these be done when it is "hot" or "cold"? Thanks

The factory service manual for your 66 should have a good step by step procedure. My 63-64 service manual does. I like using a vacuum guage setting the mixture.

Warm it up, connect a vacuum gauge to a full manifold vacuum source, and adjust the idle mixture screws, working back and forth between the two of them, for the highest steady vacuum reading, making any adjustments necessary to the idle speed screw as you go along.
