    Help

    I need Help!!

I want to keep my car original. I have to replace or repair if I knew how to disassemble the front turn signal/parking light assembly. The real problem is that if I order replacement parts the color of the wiring is incorrect. The part from Corvette Central comes with purple, white and blue wires. The original wire colors are green, brown and yellow. The second part of the problem is how to get it apart. The only way I can see is to pry up on the lip inside the assembly that is part of the light socket. Have not had much success with that Idea. The reason for taking it apart is because the chrome ring is pitted and needs to be replated or replaced.
