60 Screw head colors?

What kind of screws are used for the panel that goes on the right side below the dash insert and screws to the center consul? Are they painted? Also, are the screws for the door hinges painted?

Larry,
All of the interior screws around the heater cover, console and the kick panels are chrome, phillips head. All screws that are on fiberglass, use the chrome trim washers with an inverted cup in the top to accept the countersunk head. The hinges and doors were in place when painting was performed, so the screws should be painted.
