Does anyone know if there is someone rebuilding original c2 shocks or reproduction ones---THANKS

This may be an urban legend, but check with "Apple Hydrolics" on Long Island. Sorry, I don't have contact info, but they have a web site. I have heard they could rebuild a shock, but have never seen one done.

Apple only rebuilds lever-action shocks (Houdaille, Armstrong, etc.); I'm not aware of anyone who rebuilds tubular shocks.
