In a later post you said you have an air pump. When you get the tcs working if you still have the lack of power and hesitation the diverter valve on the air pump can cause this problem and you probably had it by passed also.

I replaced the 25 amp blown fuse,which was top right of the fuse panel.Then I removed the transmission switch,which had gear oil inside the mounting hole.The switch was stiff and had sediment inside of it.I cleaned the switch making sure the ball moves freely.All wiring and hoses hooked up correctly.I will try to purchase an NOS Little Fuse Relay before I start it.The blown fuse could be more the reason of a bad Relay.
