Dealer name for 1967 Corvette

I have a copy of the tank sticker for a friends '67 427/400 coupe. The zone shows as '39', and the dealer as '091' pretty clearly. Unfortunately, this combination doesn't show up in the database.

Does anyone know how I might be able to track down the original dealer from this info?
