I did discuss the deduct but in the grand scheme it wasn't worth getting worked up about. It was easier to take the hit and use the embossed filter the next time. As most of us know the judging process is a learning experience.
Dick, It sounds like you are making the wording in the judging guide more specific which should do the trick. Does the 69/69 judging Guide call for an embossed filter for 69 and a PF-29 for 68.????Comment

Dave, at this time we are over a year away from having the 68-69 manual done. We are in the process of getting the 68-69 survey ready to publish. There are still quite a few things that we are trying to figure out. The survey request should go to ncrs6869survey@aol.com. They will be available shortly.
As to your filter question, yes at this time. PF29 for 1968, embossed PF 25 for 1969. Unless some information dictates that it was something else.Dick WhittingtonComment
