I cannot access the archives so I will ask a question I know has been asked before. Where do you reccomend I send my L-78's water pump to get it rebuilt? I'm sure there are advertisers in driveline but I was wondering who does the best job, based on your collective experiences.

Re: water pump rebuild
Mike----
Bill Mock in Bartlesville, OK has been specializing in this rebuild for many years. Bill is a long-time NCRS member and has an outstanding reputation in this area. I'd send a pump to him without hesitation, but I never have a need since I rebuild my own waterpumps(just my own, though; no others). In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: water pump rebuild
Joe et al,
I have heard that Bill is out of the water pump business. Might want to phone and check before sending him a pump. I believe John Pirkle purchased Bill's water pump stock. Contact John @ Masters City Corvette 706-860-9047 during business hours.

Arthur Gould, of Fort Salonga, New York has been in the business for decades. He does all types of water pumps (fuel pumps too) for the entire antique car hobby. He does excellent work...has done several for me. Check Hemmings. Chuck1963 Corvette Conv. 327/360 NCRS Top Flight
