How many of you have had success with autocolorlibrary.com with a first time color match. With help from Barry K. on this and corvette forum I also talked to our friends at autocolorlibrary.com. Milano Maroon in BC/CC not lacquer is the challenge. They are sending me a small amount to try and feel confident it will be a match. They will not give out the formula.

Try the Dupont Performance Coatings website. They will give you the mixing formula right on line. -

Barry: Yes and Thank You for the email. I sent a reply email to you. Our email has had problems ever since we switched over to a cable modem and then added a spam killer. The man I spoke to at autocolorlibrary said they don't give out the converted formula. Again, did you get your formula from these guys also. Or is he not being honest with me. He felt totally confident the sample he is mixing up for me to test, will be right. I hope he's right. Thanks! Dick GutmanComment

I didn't get a reply but that's ok, as long as you got my email with the formula.
My paint supplier is the one who contacted Autocolorlibrary and they supplied my supplier with the formula so he could mix it for me. I suppose they give the formulas to their PPG dealers but not to the consumer.
I than asked my paint supplier for the formula so I could keep a record of it in my car files in case I need it in the future again and we wouldn't have to go thru another 7 week waiting period!
