My neighbor is changing his plugs wires from his current generic "autozone" kind to a more correct looking Delco kit. After he purchased his new wires he noticed that all the boots at the plug ends had a 90 degree bend except for one that had a 45 degree one. The length of the 45 degree wire is such that it can go onto either a left or a right plug. Can someone please tell me/him where the correct position of the 45 degree wire should go. His car is an 85 and he sees no interference anywhere that would dictate where the 45 degree one should go. Maybe an interference exists on later models. In either case he would like to attach the wire to the "correct" position. Thanks.
