Is there a "shock" or support for a 1985 Vette that would allow the rear hatch to stay partially open while driving to allow better air flow on the highway? I know I have read about this after-market part, but I have forgotten who sells it.

It is not a good idea to use this item while driving. It will cause exhaust gases to be drawn into the cabin. I have seen it used on the showfield to provide air circulation during hot weather, where the owner wants to secure his car and leave it unattended. I believe that Corvette Central sells it.
