They should be cut off from the Driveline.

Hemmings will back you up on a dispute with an advertiser. If they don't settle up they can be banned from the magazine. Seems like The Driveline should do the same. Maybe they do?

It would be great to hear from Ted and/or the corresponding NCRS person who makes these decisions, some sort of reply. Hopefully GW will make good and not let this go unanswered.

        Re: Beware: problems with GLASSWORKS

Glassworks has restored four hardtops for me over the years, No deposit was ever requested, last time two years ago.
Should a vendor require a "deposit" to get in line, I'll look for another line.

              To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Bryan Benson and I am a manager at Glassworks. First off I want everyone to know that Matt has NOT taken any money form Glassworks. Matt is 90% owner of Glassworks and all monies are in a Glassworks account. Also, all hardtops are safe and secure at our 238 Spring Run Road location. Matt recently received a head injury which has limited his work duties at Glassworks. We recently had changes in our corporate level which has delayed production and terminated our lease.

As a result of this action, Glassworks is in the process of securing property with the intentions of establishing a much larger facility to handle all of our customer needs. In the interim, we will continue to provide you with quality parts and service synonymous with the Glassworks name at a new temporary location. Renovations of this facility are nearly complete, and we expect to be able to deliver all of your buisness needs in the upcoming weeks. We welcome and thank you for your continued support of our company through this time of change. If you have any further question please contact us at our temporary number (412-477-2452). The new temoprary address is 113 McGovern Blvd. Crescent, PA 15046.

              Thank You,
              Bryan Benson
