1962 Heater switch

Hello everyone. I need some info..I have a 1962 corvette heater switch that needs repair.
One of the tabs that the wiring connects to is broken.First of all, does anyone know who can rebuild the switch and repair it?

I noticed on the switch that there are 4 places for the little tabs.I only see 3 metal tabs. The other spot has no tab but there is a hole for the rivet to mount a tab.Is this just an extra spot?.Is this switch supposed to have 3 or 4 tabs? Information on both of these questions will be helpful.

I think there are threee tabs, but there is supposed to be a resistor between two for the low speed. Mary Jo Rhoner can rebuild the switch. NOS examples are HTF and pricey. Frequently the plastic disc inside is broken and needs repair, but it sounds like yours has other problems.
