    '64 L75/M20 with G81 (3.08) AND G91 ??

From what appears to be an original window sticker on eBay (link below). Always thought that G91 was the 3.08 non-posi differential with wide ratio 4-sp. trans (base engines and 300 hp, in 1964).

Is this just a factory window sticker error ?

Note that the listed option on the referenced window sticker is G81 Positraction Axle, not G91. G81 could be ordered with any engine, and the ratio choice depended on engine and transmission. With a 250 or 300 HP engine and a four-speed you could specify either 3.36 or 3.08.

G91 was the "Performance-Cruise" axle option for 250 and 300 HP engines WITHOUT Positraction and was only available with these two engines and a four-speed and cost a whopping $2.20.

Of course, G81 and G91 were mutually exclusive.

Now I see - should have read farther down.

It doesn't make any sense - maybe a repro (fake) window sticker that was artificially aged. who knows. G81 and G91 were mutually exclusive.

Also the ad description says new soft top and leather seats. The window sticker does not indicate that it was ordered with leather seats nor do the pictures indicate that the seat are leather. Also, the window sticker states that the hardtop was included at no charge $0.00 which indicates the car was ordered as a hardtop only car. The factory credited about $247 or basically threw in the hard top free if the buyer did not order the soft top.
