      Doc,
      The 1951 and 52 are aluminum bodied and are very highly optioned and desirable. They all came with 409s and fuel injection, 6 speed and got 79 mpg.
      The light at the end of the tunnel has been turned off.

          One was spotted in CT with a balding, bespeckled gentleman driving. Description also stated that the grin wrapped around the perps face about four times

                  The car was a LIMITED edition Canadian car. Came with 4 snows and block heater.........

                      I have seen similar posts for 1976 Corvettes known as the "Special Bicentennial Edition: Some dealers in Virginia and other states had this awful looking eagle with a stream of start and stripes they put on the rear quarter with the stars and strips ribbon running up the front and had a cheap plate they put on the dash...it came on a white Corvette...some people actually think the 76 Bicentennial Corvette Exists.....
