PV & 67 side pipe sounds

I recently failed my first attempt at a PV on my 67 427/435 in Bowling Green this month. I failed because my power window relay was making a noise. Okay an easy enough fix. However, the team leader was gracious enough to finsih out the PV so that I could find out all the things that might be a failure so that I could correct them for next time. One of the things he brought up that might be close was my side pipe sounds. He thought they were too loud.

I do not remember where the ones I have came from but can anyone give advice where to purchase a proper set of side pipes for a 67 BB that will pass judging and a PV?

NOS would be best but where?

A friend of mine had the same problem and bought some GM pipes. I think he could only get one side so he bought two and had one cut and welded. Not sure where he bought them. Don H.
