radio delete 1975

Dennis, I have a radio delete '74 that appeared to be original when I got it 3 years ago. It had an antenna installed on the front passenger fender, which I removed. The car didn't have an antenna on it from the factory. I know that this is correct because when I stripped the paint the hole had not been punched out on the rear fender. There are pictures of this on my web site (http://thegunns.home.texas.net) As far as the radio delete cover plate, I have done alot of looking in the last 2-3 years. The only thing I have found is a reproduction from Paragon (http://www.corvette-paragon.com). I spoke with Richard Fortier, the owner, and he said they used an original to pattern this repro. Paragon seems to be known for top quality reproduction parts, but I haven't bought my cover plate yet so I can't vouch for that piece. radio delete 1975

I am looking for a radio block-off plate for my 1975. If anyone has one or knows of a source please let me know. Also, my car has an antenna that appears to be factory installed. Is there anyone out there that knows if antennas were installed on delete cars. I know that mistakes do happen, anyone else own one of these cars out there. These cars aren't as rare as you would think(about 900). Thanks Dennis Trayes
