    Trip Odometer

I am in the middle of an extensive restoration on a 1966 corvette and can not figure out how the end of the trip odometer, with the reset knob, connects to the instrument panel or any brace. I realize the knob pulls off and the nut comes off, but where is the hole that the cable goes through? I may be missing a mounting part. A digital picture under the dash would be a great help. Thanks, Jerry Nutt

It depends on if you have a tele column or not. Non-tele reset mounts down, tele mount with the end pointing to the driver. If you want a photo of the tele column mount, e-mail me. Don H.
