re one piece front end for mid year brandon jack some of the one piece fronts aren't bad and others are real pieces of junk as far as the value of the car it really depends upon its intended use and who the purchaser is i've called some of the corvette dealers to ask about particular cars that were advertised and asked if the fiberglass was all original or at least correct or if there was a one piece front put on most of them had no idea or so they said so essentially to a person without knowledge of correctness there's probably no difference as long as its been installed correctly on the other hand for those of us who do know ie ncrs people we tend to get upset if the window dates don't match if you grind down the back of the panel until it's smooth install the correct bonding strips and paint the whole thing black most people wouldn't know the difference anyway on my car i installed all the individual pieces to make it correct it's definitely more expensive and much more difficult to do it that way

re one piece front end for mid year fred this is a good question i have a ' roadster with a one piece front end myself the car has been hit in the front minor frame damage still present but whomever installed the front end on did a really good job i've had other ncrs members examine the car and only one even noticed bottomline is if it is properly mounted i'd leave it but if you want a ncrs perfect car you may want to consider going to original equipment but only if you can put out the bucks it just all depends on what you want to do with your car fred

re one piece front end for mid year ray jones hmmm well having a one piece front is a point deduction base clear paint is point deduction and radial tires is a point deduction bottom line is technology has changed better ideas and products happen does it devalue the car only if it is done wrong and only if it bothers you good luck
