    C3 350 Front Brake Job

    Greetings.

I have a leaky front Right caliper. I purchases Cardone reman calipers with new pins and new semi-metallic pads. I've also ordered speed bleeders for the calipers. The rotors look good.

Is there anything in particular I should be aware of aside from the routine servicing/replacing of the calipers?

I was also thinking of replacing the rubber line for the stainless braded line. Your thoughts, please.

    Thank you.

    Tony-----

I don't recommend the stainless steel braided lines. However, if you do use them, make sure that the ones you purchase are DOT-approved AND CLEARLY STATE THAT FACT on the packaging. Not too many of these are DOT-approved.

I'll second Joe's opinion of staying away from the stainless steel braided lines. DOT approved or not, these lines have little or no practical benefit for a street driven car. They are NOT an 'upgrade' in any sense of the word.
