hi all, few more questions

1/ what is paint code for tim charcoal colour, cant be metalic charcoal exterior colour

2/ steel wheel colour, silver, paint code, or black

3/ is there an outside drivers rear view mirror

4/ in canada it is illegal to spray lacquer what is ncrs say is replacement paint in canda if any

On lacquer paint, the objective for Flight Judging is to make the car APPEAR to be factory original (assembled yesterday). There is no 'approved' substitute for factory original lacquer paint, so it's a case of how well your painter is able to duplicate/mimic a factory original lacquer paint job regardless of the materials used.

It's NOT unlawful to spray lacquer here in the States, but availability of the paint itself may change from State to State. And, in many States there are strict ordinances regarding overspray vapor recovery + proper waste water disposal techniques. These often pose a burden on the painter in terms of the equipment he needs to legally apply the paint causing painters to 'simplify' matters by telling customers it's unlawful for them to shoot lacquer (unsaid is WITH their present mechanical facilities since they don't intend to plunk down 1/4-1/2 million bucks for the equipment to comply)....
