    COUPE LEVEL

What would a good way to see if my C2 coupe is sitting at correct height front to rear? I am trying to determine if springs/shocks are tired. Don

    Don -

I'm pretty sure in the AIM for your car, there are specific measurements from identified points on the front and rear of the chassis that you can use to determine this.

      Don,

Don't overlook the rear spring cushions if your rear is sagging. Added 3/4" to ride height on my 66 by changing these. See archives especially from Duke.

        Don -

The UPC 3 (front suspension) and UPC 4 (rear suspension) sections in your Assembly Manual show the specific measurements to make to determine "Z" height at the front and "D" height at the rear; these measurements are independent of tire size, and show whether the loaded height of the springs are within spec.
