    Original 60 gas tank?

I chose to use a new one. I'm not sure about the original. It looks ok but I didn,t want to take any chances. Is there any reason not to pitch it?

You probably ought to throw it away. But it never ceases to amaze me the prices people get for junk on EBay.

        Re: Original 60 gas tank?

Think twice about getting a new tank. The new tanks are not the same exact size and do not fit the same. I had nothing but problems getting it into my 57. Almost everyone (Quanta, CC, etc.) uses the same Canadian supplier. In retrospect, I would have had the old one refurbished. Do an 'archive' search and read some of the recent (last 6 months) postings concerning gas tanks.
