The techinical and judging manual doesn't indicate if the upper and lower Control (A) Arm shafts are painted or natural. The manual is specific about the finish on Control Arm, bolts, and retainers but doesn't specify the shaft. Does anybody know for sure?
I would expect them to be natural in a 75 by what I have seen but you may see more painted on restored cars if the job is farmed out. It is eaiser to paint it all black and it won't rust and may be correct for some years. JMHO
